Hello my beautiful, soulful, sunshine souls!! Who loves starting their mornings with a delicious smoothie ritual. And I call it ritual because you want to try to make delicious, nutrient packed smoothies daily. But why? It’s one of the most easiest and tastiest ways to get your greens in.
I love to make my smoothies as green as possible!!
Sunny Green Smoothie Recipe
2-3 handfuls (equivalent to 2-3 cups) of spinach. Or you can use kale or spinach and kale! You make the rules!
1-2 cup of mixed fruit. I LOVE to mix mangos, papaya, peaches, or even some berries!!
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Important note: I either freeze or buy frozen fruit. It makes a beautiful consistency.
