How to have a more grounded morning (morning routine)

How you start your morning will tell you how the rest of your day will be.

My morning starts an hour into work. I have a two hour break because I am up and starting my day a little after 6.

  • Morning coffee
  • Water
  • Oatmeal
  • Journal
  • Set my intentions for the day
  • Manifest what I want
  • Write for my blog
  • Study
  • Stretch
  • Meditate
  • Listen to music and scroll Instagram for some inspiration
  • Deep breathing
  • 10 mins of abs

        Unless my morning doesn’t start.. I never get out of bed. Lol
        Would be strange for someone who doesn’t drink or use drugs. Lol

    I feel better for the rest of the day when I manage to squeeze couple of minutes of yoga and meditation in my morning.

    Love the subject! I start with oil pulling & 1 glass of hot lemon water or bicarbonate water, then a shower, after that I eat breakfast & plan my day!
