Setting My January Intentions

Happy New Year’s my oh so beautiful souls! Being the first day of the month I think all my readers know what time that is! It’s time for our monthly intentions! But why do we set intentions? 

We want to dedicate time to manifest our desires and  goals.

My January Intentions:

  • I will study every day for my Nutrition and Food Science test.
  • I will practice wall yoga atleast x5 times a week.
  • I will workout out x2 times per week.
  • I will choose much more nourishing foods for my body.
  • I will stay hydrated every day.
  • I will write almost every day.

What are your monthly intentions?
