Hello souls and welcome back to my blog! I hope we’re all rested from this crazy New Year’s Eve weekend! There are several ways we can slay! But because 2017 was a very stressful time, I think this is the year to really dig deep with self-love and self-care, but how!!
- Reading more! Go to your local book store to pick up so inspirations/ self-help books! It can be your mid day or lunch time positive vibes!
- Gut-health: Now I studied nutrition and food science and I know the ups and downs inflammation can cause on the body, but I have recently seen an up roar on gut-health. I will be taking this year to heal my gut!
- Writing: This year I will be investing in my own little journal so I can write and manifest even more! Sometimes writing down your goals will help you see it better!
- Good company: keep the people around who bring out the best in you and dump the rest!
