How to slay the new year

Hello souls and welcome back to my blog! I hope we’re all rested from this crazy New Year’s Eve weekend! There are several ways we can slay! But because 2017 was a very stressful time, I think this is the year to really dig deep with self-love and self-care, but how!!

  • Reading more! Go to your local book store to pick up so inspirations/ self-help books! It can be your mid day or lunch time positive vibes!
  • Gut-health: Now I studied nutrition and food science and I know the ups and downs inflammation can cause on the body, but I have recently seen an up roar on gut-health. I will be taking this year to heal my gut!
  • Writing: This year I will be investing in my own little journal so I can write and manifest even more! Sometimes writing down your goals will help you see it better!
  • Good company: keep the people around who bring out the best in you and dump the rest!

    Love these! 2017 was my year of figuring out which friends were “for me” and “against me”… Now I have a great group of people that love me and support me no matter what! I’d love to read more about what you’re learning about gut health. Happy New Year to you!
