How to feel happy instantly|10 Hacks

Hello beautiful souls and happy Monday!! There are times where I just sit in my living room and I’m so blah and bored! Do you need an extra pick me up? Well here are my 10 hacks to get you smiling and have a more positive and happy day!

Number 1:

Show gratitude– now I know I talk about this is basically every single blog post, but if you want the fastest way to feel those positive vibes you better show that you’re grateful.

“I always show gratitude for my cup of coffee in the morning. I say thanks for being so lucky to be able to enjoy this”.

Number 2:

Put those motivational tune on– I will always have my Spotify playing. Music can change your mood in seconds! Make different playlist for different moods!

Number 3:

Always try to write– You don’t have to be a blogger to always be writing your feelings. A journal can be your own personal 24/7 therapist who is always listening. Let it out!!

Number 4:

Get your mat out-It can be 5 minutes or 1 hour. Try to flow at least 5-6 times a week. You need that you time to be present and stretch those bad vibes out.

Number 5:

Always meditate every single day- It take less then 5 minutes to close your eyes and control your breaths. If you meditate every day you will see the biggest difference in happiness every single day!

Number 6:

Organize your space- One of my favorite things to do is throw things out that don’t serve purpose to me and my space any more. After letting go of the unwanted I will organize and clean everything! You need a happy space for a happy face!

Number 7:

Take a bath- I literally take a bath about 5 days a week. It’s my number one self-Care tip. You sometimes need to turn your mind off and just be present in the bath.

Number 8:

Exercise- When I’m feel so down on myself I will do 100 squats and 100 sit ups!

Number 9:

Nature- It’s always good to get outside for 20 minutes just to get sunlight and to breath in the beautiful air.

Number 10:

Spend time with others-One of my favorite things to do is spend beautiful moments with others. Sometimes all you need is to laugh with others!
