Guys! I know how hard starting a healthy lifestyle can be! I have tried repeatedly to focus on healthy habits to get me and my body going! Here are so of my healthy habits I try to live by. ALSO, please leave me your healthy habits in the comments below!
Do you know that you may be getting hunger cravings when you’re really just thirsty. Your mind and body can confuse hunger for thirst! Keep track of how many fluid oz you’re drinking per day!
Keep a journal on you for food and fluid daily consumption:
That goes into my next tip! Journaling. Keeping a journal to track down your daily food intake, water intake, and making a weekly shopping list is a great habit to get into. It keeps you focused and reminds you of what you had the day before. Especially if you seen a change in your body. You can just back track in your journal!
Making a weekly grocery list to prep for meals:
When I don’t have my meals all set or know what I’m eating that week I grab anything! That’s not good! I like knowing that I have lean turkey and a salad waiting for me when I come home after work. You are less lightly to eat crap if you have healthy food in the hous!
Bring food to work with you
It can be as simple as bringing a salad bag, some fruit, and a yogurt. Don’t go out and buy processed food that has load of sugar and fat. You will save money and be healthier!
Stay on a schedule with workouts:
I know in my mind that I train twice a week, go on a walk about three times a week, and try to practice yoga almost four times a week. My mind needs to be on a schedule mode or nothing will get done! It helps to follow a schedule so you can stick to one!
