September is right around the corner!! Here are my September goals!! Please tell me your goals for the upcoming month.
- To listen more.
Sometimes we’re so quick to speak our minds. I want to listen to people more before I open my mouth.
- To be at peace with myself.
I want to be able to have a peaceful mind. I want to lower my anxiety and accept what is.
- To meditate more
I am going to meditate at least 15-30 minutes a day.
- To take a yoga class.
I love taking my mat out and do yoga at home, but I am ready to start taking classes!!
I am really going to work on taking breaths to calm myself down instead of yelling.
- Eating more greens
I will be the first one to admit that I haven’t been eating my greens for the past six months. I am ready to nourish my body again.
- To find a balance within my digestive system.
I have been getting very hungry cravings and I want to really tune into myself and my body, to stop these cravings.
- To do sit-up before bed.
I always wanted to do 100-200 sit-ups before bed, but was just too lazy. This is something I will be starting.
