Why you should stop what you’re doing and check in with yourself

    Hey vibrant souls!! I hope every one enjoyed their holiday weekend!! So let’s get a little deep for a minute or two. 

    Life gets so crazy sometimes. We might have papers due, working late, trying to get our blog post in every day, or maybe we say yes to everything that there is so much on our plates. 

    If someone asked me I would say being busy is awesome. I love being on the go, but sometimes I will randomly start feeling a little frustration come upon me. That’s when I know it’s time to check in with myself!! 

  Taking time, even a half hour to read, play music, watch your favorite show, do some quick yoga poses, or even just sitting and relaxing is such an important step towards a healthy and wellness lifestyle. 

Breath, take a moment, and check in on yourself. Don’t forget to send out gratitude to the universe.
